30 July 2016

The Information Commissioner’s Office

Dear Sir/Madam.

FOI request refused by the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman

The PHSO has refused to answer two information requests that I made through the Whatdotheyknow website:

  1. Open complaints about yourselves; and
  2. Enquiries, assessments investigations and individuals.

I enclose copies of my two requests and all related correspondence, including the internal review dated 25 July 2016 from Assistant Legal Advisor . I also include copies of information requests similar to my own from another user of Whatdotheyknow which the PHSO did answer:

Number of contacts last year
